The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Inventory Lead to oversee daily inventory operations and lead a small team within our warehouse and refurbishment facility. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory is accurately moved, stored, counted, and available to support production while maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a small team of Inventory Team Members.
Ensure inventory is properly routed, moved, and put away as devices exit production.
Coordinate daily inventory movements, cycle counts, and put-away activities.
Maintain organized storage locations and ensure adequate space for incoming inventory.
Manage accessory inventory and communicate replenishment needs to Purchasing.
Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions.
Publish daily and weekly inventory performance metrics.
Partner with Production, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Qualifications
Experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations, preferably in a Lead or Team Lead role.
Experience with cycle counting, inventory movement, and put-away processes.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Management Systems, ERP software, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to pass a background check.
Physical Requirements
Available Monday through Friday, with flexibility as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.
