Job Overview
As a Receiving Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing incoming shipments and maintaining accurate inventory levels. You’ll be at the heart of our logistics team, working with cutting-edge warehouse management systems and utilizing various equipment to efficiently process orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us deliver outstanding service to our customers.

What you’ll do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate stock levels in our warehouse management system.
• Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
• Participate in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment with precision.
• Maintain organized storage areas by stocking products efficiently and ensuring proper labeling.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Assist in packaging products for e-commerce orders, ensuring they meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or issues to management promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is essential, with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment is highly advantageous.
• Basic math skills are required for accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment tasks.
• Familiarity with order picking techniques and e-commerce fulfillment processes will set you apart from other candidates.
