We are looking for a strong operational leader to oversee our Receiving & Intake functions and help drive performance across the warehouse. 

Position Overview 

The Receiving & Intake Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse receiving and intake operations while managing a team of 10+ employees. This role requires a decisive, experienced operations professional who understands warehouse workflows, process improvement, and team development. 

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, leads by example, and is committed to creating efficiencies, reducing operational costs, and supporting cross-functional business needs through training and collaboration. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supervise and lead all Receiving & Intake warehouse operations  
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10 or more employees  
  • Drive accountability, productivity, and performance across the department  
  • Ensure accurate and timely receiving, intake processing, and inventory handling  
  • Develop and implement operational efficiencies to improve throughput and reduce costs  
  • Support and promote LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement practices  
  • Cross-train team members and collaborate with other operational departments to support business demands  
  • Monitor KPIs, labor productivity, quality metrics, and operational performance  
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively  
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment  
  • Partner with leadership to support company growth and operational scalability  

Qualifications 

  • 3–5+ years of warehouse or operations leadership experience  
  • Proven experience supervising teams of 10+ employees  
  • Strong operational knowledge in receiving, intake, logistics, or warehouse workflows  
  • Experience working in a LEAN or continuous improvement environment preferred  
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people, build teams, and develop talent  
  • Decisive leadership style with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills  
  • Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple operational areas as business needs evolve  
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills  
  • Experience in electronics refurbishment, reverse logistics, or technology operations is a plus
